CORNER FLOR is the newest unapologetically indie-rock band from Phoenix, AZ. Fronted by singer Holly Schranz, they blend her soaring vocals and cutting lyrics with ripping guitar riffs, thumping basslines, and blistering drums.
Schranz co-writes and performs with longtime friend and the group's producer John Q, who along with fellow guitarist Matt Lawson shreds across CORNER FLOR's hard-hitting tracks. Bassist, Sam Kirkpatrick, delivers a solid groove with melodic punchy basslines and drummer, Izzy Quesada, rounds out the band's explosive rhythm section with his hi-energy dynamic style.
CORNER FLOR lends it’s influences to classic and progressive rock bands of the 70’s 80’s and 90’s; and Schranz’s characteristic midwestern vocal timber deliver rich harmonies that reminisce of femme-rock icons from Sheryl Crow to Paramore’s Hayley Williams.
CORNER FLOR has performed at clubs and venues throughout Phoenix, including a recent residency at The W Scottsdale. They are a full service band including audio/sound and can perform up to 4 hours. They have Several singles available on all major platforms and are available for booking.
